Overall, our experience was good. The workers at Lifetime were courteous, trustworthy, and respectful. The one comment that sticks out to me when I think of the work performed is what was said during the negotiation process. I commented how I did not want a mess on my hands once the work was done and cleaned up. One of the workers stated "When we are done it will look like we were never here." Honestly, he was right. The cleanup was spectacular - every last brick and piece of concrete was picked up from my yard. As far as the quality of the work - I am very satisfied with the entire chimney so far. Granted we have only had it a few months and have not had the pleasure of using it yet. From a laymans point of view, the masonry work seems solid and well thought out. I like the design, the look of the bricks, the cap, and the flashing. We have had a few crazy ran falls since the project was completed, and so far no leaks. Also, they gave me a 20 yr warranty on the masonry and flashings. As far as Alex, the owner, he does have a thick accent that is difficult to understand at times. I found him to be fair and honest. He has told me that someone from Lifetime will be out once a year to inspect the work and make sure there are no concerns that need to be addressed. I chose this company based on price and my intial experiences with the staff, and thus far I am satisfied with how everything has turned out.

My experience with them was good. They did a good job. They were efficient, timely and their quality of work was good. There were no surprises. They did what they said and had a good price. They were professional, did the work and there were no problems. What stuck out were their professionalism and their timeliness.

I just had the one contact with the company, and I definitely was not impressed. I would not call this company again either for roofing or for chimney work.
