I call regarding an occasional small leak from one corner of a skylight...a few drops in heavy rain. John comes to see and lays out his plan. $2600 for a patch of our roof around all the skylights, sealing, etc, and $600 for gutter guards. It looks like a bad patch job from the street, the shingles do not match the roof, and sloppy silicone is seen from the street. The next rain, more water is dripping in than ever, we need a bucket or two. He comes over and does some more repairs. The next rain, water pouring in all over the place and we needed buckets everywhere, and much more damage to the ceiling, a bay window is sagging. He said 2-year guarantee. He says let me come again to see what is wrong, meanwhile, with two repairs, a small and occasional leak became a disaster after his work, what would you do? Do not make the same mistake and hire this company!

Promptly replied to request to evaluate leaking cedar shingle roof adjacent to chimney, as we were getting some water into the house near the fireplace. Quickly diagnosed the problem and provided reasonable quote. He was able to perform the work in a very tight period of time as I needed to solve the problem quickly. His crew was on time, worked hard for 2 days straight, did an amazing job and left the property improved without any mess at all on the ground. The owner of the business was on site and personally ensured that everything was done correctly. He solved our problem and have not seen a drop of water again! I would not hesitate to hire them!
