The owner went to the Islands and came back and didn't want to start the job. A waste of time.

"With the exception that we tried to get a hold of that check for a MONTH! We repeatedly asked to get the check mailed out to us but [member name removed] didn't feel comfortable with that request, so she wanted US to go out of OUR way (an hour away from our office) and DRIVE to her house to pick up the check in person. When we did for that for the THIRD time with no successful response, we decided to not pursue it any further, since it was a waste of OUR time and money. Not to mention that we went out of our way to please her requests with insurance paperwork AND that originally she was not willing to give out the full requested amount written on the check given by the insurance company since she was planning on using some of that additional money for a plumbing job, something we do not offer. Either way, thank you for your review [member name removed]."

I was very pleased with them. David Murray, who we worked with, was great. He was a really good guy and I think he was a partner in the business. He was wonderful and his price was so fair. He gave us a phenomenal price, did a great job, and was sweet.
