Ron and Vinny arrived and immediatly set to the task. Outstanding. Five stars. I previously had a very fine gentleman, who maintained the system who was awesome, extremely therough When he retired I thought ah oh. Well I worry no more. They were so incredibly thorough, also explaining to me why certain things were being done. Think they take great pride in their work. Excellent attitudes and very personable too. Excellent. Solved a problem others could not, pretty quickly too. Explained in plain english, so even I could understand it.More then fair in price, for parts and labor. Very personable, sincere. My furnace stopped working during the winter and with two little children in the house, I found my self in quite the pickle in the middle of the night (nothing feels worse than not being able to keep your family warm in your own house). Called a few places but no one was able to help until I found ECE, called them and heard Eddie's voice on the other end of the line (that felt like a blessing)! Eddie and his team were here promptly, checked everything, fixed the furnace and everything was working again (the little ones were warm and my wife was super happy). I use ECE for the annual inspections and all other related issues and I just have to say - they are amazing! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
