Description of Work: Project 1- Toilet swap: We want to install a new toilet in our on-suite bathroom. Then, move the existing toilet into the mother-daughter apartment. Project 2- Basement ceiling replacement: We had some water damage from the mother-daughter apartment. The ceiling needs serious work and/or replacement.
