BILLY G'S

Seemed ok although the workmen did not extract a large amount of soot. 3 months later there is soot ALL over my basement because the pipes were not cleaned thoroughly. We gave him a chance to call us back and rectify this but he is avoiding our call. Now we must hire another company to fix his mess. !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I called Billy G for an estimate. Billy told me that I shouldn't install a big unit to cool my house because the air duct system would not be able to distribute the air. He said it system would choke and cause the water lines to of from the air handler to freeze. I have had some experience with this sort of problem in the past in a different residence. However, I was not entirely sure this was the case. 
My wife likes likes a cold house so I couldn't afford to have anything but the best. So I got estimates and recommendations from two other HVAC experts. Neither one mentioned that the lines could freeze. I decided to trust BillyG.
He installed a smaller unit and did extra work to tidy up leaking air ducts etc. Since then, we have had a home that is plenty comfortable and cool. Very professional. No complaints.
Once I had to call them for a minor concern and he showed up that day.
I was impresses with his quick response. Over all I give Billy G an excellent review and highly recommend calling them if you want a truly knowledgeable and talented professional at an honest price.

We first contacted Billy G last winter when our gas heating system went out on one of the coldest days of the year.
A service man responded within a short period of time and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. We were so pleased that we signed up for a yearly service contract for both heat and air conditioning systems. Again price was reasonable. I made an appointment in September for a pre-winter heating checkup and service man appeared on time, was polite and professional.

Replaced toilet wax ring and installed a new thermostat. Every thing went very well.

The entire job went very well..........the two young men arrived a little late but explained the reason and went directly to work.....they worked quietly and carefully for the 5 hrs they were here........... the job was challenging and required attention to detail and careful measuring to get it right.........................they managed all the details very well and the finished job was most satisfactory............they were very polite and explained what they were doing .........................they were neat and cleaned up completely before leaving.............

15+ years old oil burner cracked and I was just going to replace it with another oil burner.
The sale person from oil company have such a bad attitude that I decided to go with Natural Gas(after much research of course).

Simply put Billy and crew are awesome to work with. His team basically took care of everything for the conversion process.
I didn't have to lift a finger.

Billy G himself show up to go over the options for estimated; he didn't tried to up sale. Took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner.

His price was not the cheapest but it's very competitive and I do believe you get what you paid for.
The actual installation took about the whole day with a crew of 3 person team.
They leave the place tidier than they found it.

Remove old heating equipment:
broken oil burner
electric water heater
oil tank

Install new Burham es24 with Outdoor Reset unit and indirect water heater.
