Kevin arrived immediately in an emergency and we were extremely appreciative of his knowledge and expertise. We had spoken to other companies before we found him, but after meeting Kevin, we knew he was the right one to take charge of this situation. He sent a team right away, led by Joe. Joe is professional, kind, committed and simply amazing. We were also extremely thankful for all of the hard work that Tim did. We appreciated their cheerful attitude each morning during difficult times. They will bring your house back to new.

Not only did they do a half a** job. They claimed they did work they NEVER did, not only that but stole our personal belongings from the basement by saying they'd put it in the pod on their property for the time being. Now they say they never took any of it! They left equipment in my home for 4 MONTHS and refused to come pick it up and are now trying to charge me for them! They are taking us to court over work they didn't do and equipment they left meanwhile we already paid 38k. Disgusting unprofessional people

Kevin from Ace Carpet&Upholstery care went into my sons room and tore out all of the carpeting because my son had allergies. He took out all the carpeting entirely (the foam underneath, nails and staples, etc) and cleaned the bare hardwood floor so that it was safe to walk on and rid of the allegens. He did this all by himself and did a fabulous job. He then went and cleaned my basement carpet really well also. He is a super guy, very professional, kind, and courteous. I've used him twice and I'd use him again. I'd also refer him to all my neighbors.

I HAVE CONTINUED TO USE THEM OVER THE YEARS BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. THEIR PRICES FOR CARPET CLEANING ARE GOOD. I HAVE HAD THEM MOVE SOME FURNITURE AND WAS NOT CHARGED EXTRA.

ACE ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB ON MY RUG. I USE THEM ONCE OR TWICE EVERY YEAR AND BECAUSE THEY ARE THOROUGH BUT ALSO GENTLE I'VE BEEN ABLE TO KEEP MY RUG FOR MANY YEARS. ALSO, THEY'VE NEVER BEEN LATE.

THE CARPET LOOKS WONDERFUL AND SMELLS FANTASTIC. THE DISCOLORED AREA IN THE TRAFFIC PATH HAS DISAPPEARED. THE STAINS CAME OUT AND THE CARPET IS SOFT TO THE TOUCH.

THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. WHEN THE CARPETS ARE FINISHED BEING CLEANED, THEY LOOKED BRIGHT AND SMELLED FRESH. THE WORKERS ARE ON TIME AND CAREFUL IN MOVING OUR BELONGINGS.
