"We are greatly dismayed to read these comments by Member. We have put our heart and soul into renovating this 6,000 + sqft home and their 800 + sqft live-in garage. We are very proud of the design, workmanship and management practices taken to make this a successful project. We never pursued any work without instructions from Owner to do so. When we suggested ways to reduce cost they were rejected and ignored by the client. We have been in business for over 30 years and have had very few disgruntled customers. We rely on our reputation and the loyalty of past home owners. We are known for our Honesty, creativity, financial transparency, and high standards of workmanship. We have an extensive list of satisfied clients available to qualified inquires. I regret that this individual feels this way, however I do wish them many happy and healthy years in their beautiful waterfront home."
