"thank's-well appreaciated!"
He usually makes a second trip to deliver the detailed estimate and go over specific issues before beginning the work. Often, we aren't around when he works, and Pete will always call to keep us updated on the progress. He always lets us know if there are any problems: on our most recent job, replacing exterior wood panels, it took longer than expected due to materials shortages. Pete spent a lot of time trying to get these materials, and always kept in touch about his progress. We've trusted Pete Colucci for years and so should you!
"thanks,happy holidays!"
He is extremely neat, never leaves a mess and is very precise. When my skylight was installed - the previous skylight was breached and the ceiling collapsed. Peter came out immediately to put a tarp put on my roof so that I could be safe and dry until he could do the work. He also had to redo part of the roof. This skylight Peter installed has never leaked and other people who have skylights and used other people to install them seem to always have problems. I never have had since Peter installed this for me. Peter is a craftsman and definitely does quality work, taking pride in everything he does.
Whenever Peter quotes a job he gives you a written estimate and he sticks to the prices he has quoted.
"thank's hun, happy holidays!"
