Zeiset was so busy, he used a second crew. This crew striped the upper roof and laid down felt rubber membrane and all of the necessary materials prepitory to shingle the roof. They did this in one day. Dervan the owner checks on the crew about every couple of hours. If they ran into a problem he would consult with me first before he executed the Change with the crew. The second day The crew came back and completed the roof portion fascias and corners were repaired. sub-contractor Bruebaker installed all of the gutters After each day the removed the debris as part of clean up. Phase II was the porch roof and repair to the supported ,floors and under supports. It took A day and half. Last day of the project, final clean up with rakes and magnetic devices were deployed pick up nails and small pieces. Please note as with any contractor, you should be present from time to time to inspect the work. If something is wrong, have them correct it; or bring it to the owners attention (contractor ). The workers will work it with you. Zieset is a straight shooter, He will shop out supplies economically to benefit the customer. nothing is by word it is written down in the proposal which each item is negotiable. He gives you good quality materials. The home above is my parents . They have a Victorian home. The is steep pitched and is 35-40 above the ground. Did a great job!

Nothing is plumb. We can't use our shower doors. They didn't vacuum the sawdust so part of it went in the paint. They boxed in a beam and it is crooked. They put foam spray instead of caulking on things and you can't paint over it. They weren't prompt. The outside door opens the wrong way. The window sills weren't done properly. They were supposed to come back and take care of final touches for $3000 more dollars and they didn't show up because they knew the repairs were probably more than the $3000.
