This company is the BEST ever. We called and within a half hour Justin showed up to look at the job. It was 8pm. Robby and Gary came the next day to find out what was needed. They found that we had no running water and didn't want us to go on like that. They started the next day. They were so kind and caring. They went above and beyond to help us. They were the only company that knew exactly what needed to be done. Other companies wanted to put the pipes back the wrong way. They knew how it needed to be done and that the main sewer was involved. They kept in contact with the town code office, where the other companies didn't even care to find out about the code. They did a few extra things to help us and were as happy as we were to do them. I can't thank them enough. They know their business and how to do it correctly. A thank you just doesn't seem enough for this wonderful company. They are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!

Most happy with the company and the serviceman Jason. Our downstairs bathroom toilet became clogged late in the evening and I received a telephone call within minutes of posting my request for a plumber. Jason indicated that he was finishing another call in the area and would be at our house next. He called again about 15 minutes later as he arrived at our house. Jason immediately and efficiently cleared the blockage. We could not be happier with the service we received and are grateful for the speedy service - especially at such a relatively late hour.

While at work Wednesday, I received a call from home that the hot water in the shower would not turn off. I desperately called all the area â big namesâ and was told they could accommodate me next week. Hello??! I have water that will not stop! My coworker suggested trying the neighborhood website and Rolling Rooter called me within 1 hr and told me they would send someone to my home to check out the issue. I left work at 4:30pm and true to their word, Justin arrived at 5:30pm. He checked out what needed to be done and said heâ d be back at 10:30am this morning. Justin arrived at 10am (forget on time, he was early!!) left to get a part and about 45min later my immediate issue and another issue that I had put off was done! Thank you Justin and Rolling Rooterâ ¦job well done!

Excellent customer service, they did exactly what they said they would do. Located the problem in our sewer main, dug it up and replaced what needed replacing so much faster than I expected! I'm definitely a happy customer!

They were in and out. Unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes. Technician was friendly but focused. Very reasonable rate for work completed.

I can’t say enough nice things about these guys. What we thought was a clogged main line, turned out to be an issue with our leach field. They knew exactly what the problem was. What we thought was going to be a huge expensive project turned out not to be so bad. The price for the repair was more than fair. I would not recommend his business. He is not fully experience plumber, he does not know what he is doing. Simply removing a part of the bathtub with the right tool, the basics he could not have done because the part is damaged.

After requesting the quote I received an almost immediate call back. I then set up the appointment for the following day. The plumber was on time and professional. The problem was solved within a half hour. Would use and recommend this company in the future.
