Brian took a lot of time to do the job right. He had to make a few trips to the hardware store, but didn't charge us for the extra time. We had a little trouble connecting (he forgot to call us back because he was juggling other jobs), but he was very apologetic and came right away after we called the second time. About a year ago Brian also put new windows in our basement and did an excellent job.
