BLUE DIAMOND SEPTIC

They were amazing! I lost all use of my septic system Super responsive to my situation got out to my house by the next day. Gave me all the instructions on that I needed to do. They did everything they could to help me before leaving and followed up 3 time after everything was all set. Would highly recommend!!!

The septic pump was fine. Other than that this company is completely unprofessional & I am baffled by their good ratings here where on Yelp they got the same bad review I am leaving from other people. This company is horrible at communication. At first we called to get our tank pumped & to look at whether we needed a new one. That was fine. He seemed nice enough & told us we needed a new tank and new leach fields. We asked him for a price which kept changing. Finally we signed the contract for the work to be done. Months had gone by so we asked him to pump again because we had a lot of guests coming over. He barely made it but promised he'd redo the tank in October. It seemed like we were calling every few days just to get a hold of someone. The woman answering the phone never seemed to know anything. when we did get a hold of him, it was always some song and dance about getting better prices from different part companies. Last week they told us the ground was too wet so we had to wait a few more days. Then out of nowhere, this past weekend, we received a letter in the mail with our check for the job saying they can't do it. No explanation. They were stringing us a long for MONTHS. We could have gone somewhere else and now we have to worry about this all winter because it's doubtful we'll find someone to put in a new system before spring.

On time with appointment. Great service, great family. Service went good.

The month of April ended up being the most strenuous time of our lives.
My Mother's passing on April 30, 2013 was the first blow of the week. But then, the night before the service and burial of my mother, our septic system failed, and I also ended up rushing my wife to the hospital, as she was in great pain.
I had NO idea what I was going to do, as I was at the hospital the morning of the funeral. left to go to my Mother's service while they were operating on my wife,(the first of TWO surgeries), then back to the hospital for the second surgery.
I put my trust in Blue Diamond Septic that they would " take care of the situation" as they said they would. As it turned out, that is EXACLTY what they did, and handled it as if it was their own home.
I couldn't be happier with all they did for us at the worst time of our lives.
I cant say enough good things about Steve and everyone at Blue Diamond Septic Service, and would go out of my to recommend them to anyone that I know.
This company had business practices that I didn't think existed anymore.
