BackYard Sheds & Gazebos Inc

This is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with.  I purchased a shed from them last month and scheduled delivery about a week later after receiving my permit.  On delivery day we received a huge down pour shortly before delivery.  Upon delivery I asked the delivery guy if it was okay to drive through my backyard as it was very wet.  They seemed it would be fine as they do this all the time.  It was obvious that they simply did not want to come back again another day.  They neglected to put down any boards to drive over when going over my wet lawn which is apparently common practice for contractors to do in this situation. Immediately after they left I noticed enormous tire ruts all over my back and side yard, some of them probably 5 inches deep.  My once beautiful yard is now destroyed.  I tried contracting Fred the owner of Backyard Sheds but he ignored all of my numerous emails and phone calls.  I left 2 voicemails that were never returned and sent about 5 emails to [email protected] that were unanswered. I called the day after delivery and spoke with one of their employees named Ryan I believe.  He was nice enough but very, very slow.  I had to repeat my phone number about 10 times to him and he assured me would call me back within an hour.  He never called back! I simply asked that they repair the destruction caused to my yard.  Thus far, they have ignored me and refused my reasonable request.  They did enter my property and toss some dirt down which was all done without my knowledge or permission.  No where did I authorize them to re-enter my property. There is probably thousands of dollars in landscaping repairs at this point made much worse by this dirt filled with rocks that they put down again without permission. They are truly the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.  I am currently negotiating a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a complaint with the NY Attorney General this week.  Please do yourself a favor and never purchase anything from them.  Once they have your money you likely won't hear from them again.  I would rate zero stars if possible.  I have written probably over 20 online reviews of various businesses over the years and I believe this is the first time I've ever rated a business less than 4 stars.  That should tell you all you need to know about Backyard Shed Co.

So far everything is going really well. They're very professional through the planning stages. They worked with me with a lot of detail. They matched the garage to the house with the same metal roof and cedar shingles. There's a lot of custom details. It's not built yet but it's all planned. I had to get the building permits right now.
