I called AllPhase to come and inspect my chimney and clean it. It turned out that there was an animal (raccoon) nest in there. The owner's son Jack improvised a ladder for the raccoon to climb out of the chimney. He removed the raccoon and her family from there. Later, he sent out one of his technician to properly clean up the chimney and put a cap on it. Jack was very professional, courteous, timely and even kind (!!!) to the raccoon family. Cost for his service was reasonable as well. His technician Pat was courteous and professional too. I would definitely recommend to hire their services.

Extremely professional and friendly. Made sure that they thoroughly cleaned up all debris and that the work was done to our satisfaction before they left. They even noticed that there was an issue with the liner that the other companies we received estimates from missed so they replaced that too. Highly recommend and would hire again.
