Sam took a previous horrific looking metal awning installation and turned it into a thing of beauty. Repaired all siding that was never completed by a previous contractor.Much more than I expected. Man of his word.

Thank you very much providing me information on THE WINDOW MILL, INC. i had a small repair job (lost some vinyl siding) resulting from Hurricane Sandy. A few places I called on my own were not interested unless I was spending at least $2,000.00. The Window Mill returned my call within 24 hours, did an onsite survey for necessary repairs and scheduled my job for the next week. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Work performed was excellent....

I found Sam to be professional and courteous but hard to get a hold of initially. He was honest about his pricing and the nature of the repairs but not the cheapest of the 3 recommended to me but I did hire him because it was convenient one stop shopping. The only downside was that I felt I had to chase this pro rather than them chasing me for work, at least initially anyway.

Polite, fast , quality work. Unlike a lot of contractors, they actually show up.

A small section of aluminum siding on the side of our house broke loose as a result of hurricane Sandy. I was unable to reach it to make the repair myself, but I was sure it would be a nuisance job too small for any experienced repair person. Regardless, The Window Mill was willing to send Eric to repair the siding the day after I called. We were concerned the amount of loose siding would increase as a result of another anticipated storm. Eric was both friendly and capable, and made the repair in less than 15 minutes. We greatly appreciate The Window Mill's willingness to take the job on and we would highly recommend them to others.

The representative of The Window Mill, Sam, called soon after I submitted the request, and gave me an estimate the next day. I was not sure which day I would be available for the work to be done, but he was able to accommodate my work schedule. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done -- replacing aluminium trim on the soffits and windows and replacing gutters and downspouts. In the past I've found it difficult to find contractors willing to take on such small jobs, but I found The Window Mill eager to do the work. I would use them again -- and recommend them to others.
