Everything went well from beginning to end. Sean, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable and did quality work. His team was great. Was so happy with the job that hired him for second job at a different location. Highly recommended

RSC was recommended by relative that had RSC do work. We checked out a couple other guys but RSC had a good price and we saw work he had done at relatives. Job started out good but then RSC decided to get employed full time at retirement community doing maintenance and get benefits then really started to neglect us and coming over when it was convenient for him after he assured us that we were priority. RSC recommended a particular flooring called Coretec Plus which we liked and found what we wanted go with. The flooring needed to be reinstalled couple of times because RSC didn't match up the the panels to have even shading and uniform color, it looked like zebra stripes. After that was fixed cabinets were finally installed and then we got bubbling under the floor, gaps in between the flooring and sub-floor that we could see and feel under our feet. We could hear and feel the floor slapping on the sub-floor underneath. The floor was bowing up in the middle. RSC told us our floor had imperfections. But he did not fix the imperfections. We did some research and found out that Coretec Plus did not recommend this flooring to have fixed heavy objects installed on top of it and says so in the install instructions. We had another contractor come in and look at it and he informed us that the cabinets should have been installed first and the Coretec Plus be installed around the cabinets. After RSC siad he fixed it we now have slight hump in the middle where he filled the gap and there are still gaps around the edges where the floor dips down. Had RSC build a closet around a desk in our living room, the wall is crooked and you could see the gap in between the wall and the floor trim.RSC said it was because the other wall is crooked. Inside the closet RSC was supposed to Tape/Spackle/paint, that remained unfinished until last night. Instead he of taping the drywall seams he mounted 1/4 in trim over the seams Spackled the screws, installed a shelf with cheap metal brackets and did not paint. RSC had his guys paint the windows in the Kitchen and dining room but they did not remove the hardware or tape off. Paint was not cleaned off. Looks like a rush job done by teenagers. RSC only communicates with long-winded text messages as to why he can't show up. The last six weeks have been very trying because he was supposed to be finished six weeks ago but since he has a full-time job can only send in what he calls his "well paid and inexperienced guys". RSC did some good work on some projects but the main project, the kitchen floor was a bad job. It looks good but when walking on it on can really tell. RSC are the owners initials but it stands for "Really ****** Contractor!" RSC says this was his last job and he is finally getting benefits from the full time maintenance job he took. We are taking a step back and are taking a breather to figure out what we are going to do about the floor. Approximate cost of service is just for his labor. RSC can do good work but in my opinion steer clear!

He did fine work until he came to putting in the floor. He left the glue on too long and couldn't get it off. Because of his being away too long this happened. He wasn't as experienced as he said he was when it came to flooring work. It was bumpy and glue was all over. He wanted to take off the top layer of finish which would ruin the warranty I had with the product. I finally hired another company a month later to put in a new floor. I ended up having to pay other contractors to come in and finish the remodeling work that I had paid him to do. i would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: He completely redid my condo. I had everything cleared out.
