Mike quickly returned our phone call and followed up when he said he would. He was a problem solver who easily solved our electrical problem.

Matt was able to look at the exterior wires the following day, but could not do the work for several days, since so many people had electric issues. He did the work in about 3 hours, and then returnd a couple of days later to do the interior work. He came at the time promised, and did a complete and neat job

Matt and his helper were on time, something that I have found is very rare with contractors today. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and did an excellent job. In the kitchen, he replaced a 3 switch box with a four switch box to accomodate a new light. Matt's work was so precise, I dont even have to touch up the paint. When they were don't, they cleaned up after themselves; another thing that is getting more and more rare. I would highly recommend Matt's services and plan to use him again in the spring for additional work.

He did a fabulous job and is very reasonable on price. He is very reliable.

Original call: Made an appointment with Matt. He came on time when he said he would. I spoke to him for a few minutes and explained the problem and he knew exactly where to check for the fault and fixed it. The entire service call took no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Price $50.00. I asked him for an estimate on other things I wanted done and he gave me an estimated price. I was in no hurry and he was currently on another job that was going to last several days so I told him I would call his office after Christmas to set up another appointment.
Second vist: Since I was off the first week of January, I made another appointment with Matt for Thursday late afternoon of that week. That day Matt called about a half hour before the appointment and he told me he was on his way back but running late. He was still in Nassau county with heavy traffic and it did not look like he was going to make the appointment on time. He asked if he could reschedule for the same time the next day. I told him it was no problem since I was going to be home anyway. The next day Matt calls around noon and tells me he just finished a job earlier than expected and could he come at 1:00. Great. Matt was right on time and got started right away. The work was completed in a little over two hours. The work was done right and just the way I would have liked it to be done. I am a stickler for quality work. He cleaned up after himself and the final cost was exactly what the estimate was for, $450.00. Some may say the cost was a liitle high and that may be, but I do not mind paying for high quality work, especially for electrical or plumbing work where the cost of shoddy work can cost you your home or worse. I would hire Matt again and have no problem recommending him to others.

We have done work with Matt and we continue to do work with him. We have worked with him twice may be three years ago and two years ago. We just thought that his pricing was fair and that he did good work. He seems like someone we could have trust and relate to.

Was professional, courteous and prompt. Would definitely use him again.

We were very satisfied and he’s a very nice man. He is dependable and when we needed him in a rush he was there.

Using MP Electric has been a pleasant and stress free experience any time we have had to call them. Matt returns your call almost immediately and comes to either fix or assess the problem or job promptly. If the work we are having them do requires a crew Matt is always there working with his men and over seeing everything they do. They are very neat and clean up leaving no mess behind. They are licensed and insured which to me is very important. The other thing I'd like to say is that during the planning Matt (MP Electric) was very helpful with suggestions as we were designing the kitchen. When the A/C company was installing the A/C he was very helpful to those men even helping them figure out how to run a very difficult duct for the A/C I guess what I'm saying is he really knows his stuff! That's why I thought it would be nice to write a recommendation because when you know someone is good you want to share it with others.
