Horrible. Shower kit was put in backwards. Wrong grout was used. There was NO sloop in the shower floor. Vanity was installed too close to walk; no filler was used. Floor tiles were cut w/out a template, all of them are cut incorrectly. Grout lines were too wide and inconsistent. Wrong ceiling lights were installed. Closets were never completed along w/ shelving put in wrong. There was no support rods installed. Living room entertainment center was not installed correctly; used wrong screws. Unnecessary holes were cut in new cabinetry, electrical socket was covered w/ cabinet. Counter top was incorrectly installed. Paint was dropped on sofa and curtains when painting.

dba JLG Carpentry. Referred/Recommended by Pro Design Gruppo. REMODELING MASTER BATHROOM: Did not slope shower floor, standing water remains after each shower.Shower kit was installed backwards.Shower door hung too high causing water to drip outside of shower, made additional holes while hanging door. Shower saddle not sloped correctly, water drips onto floor & side wall causing grout to fall out,loosing schluter strip & causing base molding to separate from wall. Not placing continual water seal strip from top to bottom of door closure causing separation of wood from water to drip onto wall molding. Only finishing one side of shower tile with schluter strip,numerous tiles on edging are chipped. Incorrect grout used to install shower tiles causing them to become loose.Tile for bathroom floor cut without a template; each tile is cut incorrectly and laid incorrectly. Bathroom floor not sloped correcting causing uneven floor. -Bathroom Vanity was installed too close to wall, did not use filler strip provided from vanity company. Used incorrect kick plate for vanity front. MASTER BEDROOM CLOSETS: Support bracket for hanging rod was never installed. Shelving never finished or painted.Shelving was cut too small and filled with excess chalking. Closet light never installed. MASTER BEDROOM: Additional heating was never installed INSTALLATION OF LIVING ROOM WALL UNIT: Cabinets were placed too close to wall, filler not used. Electrical outlet in wall was not moved and covered by cabinetry. Incorrect screws were used to attached cabinets to walls. Unnecessary holes were drilled into cabinetry in 2 locations. Contractor made counter top too small, excess calking was used to fill gaps, did not finish edging and never allowed for counter overhang. Screw protruding from inside of the cabinet to the counter top. Television was mounted too low, all wired were placed in wall never installed a media box. BASEMENT:Junction box was not used for electric wiring of bathroom, wire taped together. Insulation & tiles never set back. Time spent on job exceed timeline of contract.
