I own a sports car that I'm very particular about. I went to Jazz Audio because I had used them in the past for other family cars and have recommended them to quite a few friends. Everyone has always had the same high quality experience that I, my friends and family have had in the past, so I made an appointment with Charlie who is a real professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable.
They got my car into the shop immediately, as I waited in their showroom, which is meticulously clean and comfortable.
When they finished the work, Charlie asked me if I wanted to inspect the installation to make sure that I was completely satisfied before the car was pulled out of their shop. He brought me into the shop and the installation was great.
He originally couldn't quote me a price because I had brought in my own installation kit and he didn't know how long the install would take. When the job was completed, the price he charged was very fair. As usual, the high quality of work, fair price and professional and knowledgeable assistance exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Jazz Audio. They have installed two remote starters on family cars, hard wired my phone into my car and satisfied a number of friends and business associates.
High end proffesionals with fair prices, it doesn't get better than that!

The remote starter I needed was very professionally installed - the mechanics here are phenomenal! It took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but it was done magnificently!

The installation took about 5 hours. It looks like it was factory installed. The car, which is brand new, looks perfect. The microphone, GPS antennae and backup camera are installed neatly, just like they were factory installed. The owner is extremely friendly, as are his workers.
