The job went very well.  They were very good.  They were excellent, and they responded right away.  They were very pleasant.  They did the work, and they were very reasonable.  They were very clean and responsible.  I was very happy with them.

I purchased a house in the spring but during inspection the engineer could not test the A/C because it was so cold. When it got warm we fired up the A/C and it didn't start. We had a service contract with Varsity and they said the whole system needed to be replaced. We had several other companies come out and tell us the same thing. Estimates from $7K-$14K. My neighbor recommended Walter. Walter was the only one who checked for a leak. In the end he found that some $100 part had stopped working. He replaced it and we've been running through two summers now. No new A/C needed.
