"In response to this complaint review that we never performed any work to this customer, please remove complaint as review. Contractor reached out to customer on 3 separate occasions, each time it was a different not the right time or day so they rescheduled. So finally, Customer agreed to have East End Maintenance and Construction Solutions come and provide Services to the customer. Technician was 2min away from customer house they cancelled , because Zachary asked his mom, was she feeling well. So his mom replied she was not feeling well. and I went to reply to him and the phone hung up. we assumed the customer was not interested at that p"

"East end comments in response to this review The customer received top quality services provided by east end maintenance and construction. Customer, at the time of estimate, received lead through home advisor. The contractor went to provide an estimate for the customer. When the contractor arrived at the home both husband and wife were very polite and the contractor felt comfortable with the homeowner, during the estimate, customer was complaining about home advisor charging fees and did not want to pay plumbing services, customer requested if they can go directly with east end maintenance to provide services. The customer did not want to pay home advisor fees. They decided to go the east end maintenance, deal agreement on both parties was made. Contractor requested time/labor rate plus materials. Customer agreed to a term of the agreement, the contractor starts job, purchases materials from a supplier, installed materials, performed work based on the signed agreement. The customer made an initial deposit of $500 which would cover materials and some labor. The contractor waited on a waiting period of 48hrs for the installation of their new water filtration system to fill. Contractor called in the morning to notify customers we would be there at 8 am. Customers excuse making a decision to fire us. And make this entire deal go out the door. The contractor was robbed- the customer never paid the amount balance owed of $1100 dollars. They called home advisor to complain about them not paying their balance. They never followed through with home advisor. Because they are wrong and they con east end maintenance and construction. Past due 90 days count in collection..."
