Better then I even expected, the quality of the material and workmanship was exceptionally great, couldn’t get better service, I am so happy, I generally either tip or feed them, I was so pleased I did both, the workers well deserve it ??Highly recommended

It has gone WONDERFULLY!!! The "guys" came and moved the center island countertop for us with no fuss, it was a ten minute job. Then, the very responsible, professional and on time crew came to measure for the countertops after my new cabinets were installed. About six days later, they installed the countertops and took measurements for the backsplash with tile insert and border around the insert. They also had to do some extremely precise measuring and templating for a built in planter in the bay window over the sink area. This planter is nine feet long, four feet deep and has a "well" for plants which is about seven by two and 18 inches deep. It is lined to a depth of about four inches. Juan and his fabricators cut the liner and the top so precisely that it fit into the space as if it had been part of the original build out. The backsplash and tile insert fit so precisely over the sink that you cannot see a seam or a mis-aligned edge. The crews that came to measure, install and move the quartz countertops, back splashes and planter areas were incredibly polite, professional, on time--and so clean!! You would not know that they had been at my home. I so love my new countertops...and, I just love the wonderful staff in the showroom. Kim is a doll, and so knowledgeable-thoroughly reliable and nice as can be. Yvonne is just as nice. Of course, they get their example from Juan, the owner, who gives you such confidence when you speak with him. No issue is too trivial for him or any member of the staff. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant parts of this major renovation. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent! My husband and I are very happy with our new kitchen. The entire experience, from my initial phone conversation with Yvonne to the final counter top instillation, was a pleasure. Working with the owner, Juan, and Emily, their designer, gave us confidence that this company is professional and that the staff knows their business. The entire project started and finished exactly when we were told it would and, most importantly, the kitchen looks beautiful. We had done our research and called them after getting a number of estimates and, Creative Stone and Cabinets were, by far, the most reasonably priced. We highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the entire process of ordering our kitchen cabinets from this merchant and the overall quality. Working with the vendor was extremely easy and they did a great job of taking our room dimensions and coming up with a layout. Their design staff is very knowledgable and responsive. We went back and forth a couple of times and they quick to turn around the changes we requested. They ordered all of the items for me to make sure they were correct and all we had to do was provide the payment! I plan on using them again for our bathroom remodeling project

I researched several sources of granite counter tops including the big stores like Lowe's, Home Depot and Consumer Kitchen and Baths as well as other smaller providers. Creative Stone and Cabinets not only had the actual granite available at their location, they were also  around 30% cheaper for the same quality stone. They were very prompt with templating and within a week of templating the counter top was ready for installation. They showed up for templating and installation exactly when they said they would and had all the tools needed to install and make minor adjustments. The counter top is beautiful and I am very pleased with
their service.

Superbly!!  Right from the beginning!  Though selecting exactly the right granite slab at several different yards across Long Island, was a "production" . . but once we picked out the right one, Juan took the whole project over . . arranging for the removal of the existing counters, fabricating the replacements, installing them, and cleaning up. Sounds like a simple task, but in a 45 year-old house, there are "surprises", and his crew dealt with them all. At different points, his "team" included six different technicians (plus Juan himself as the designer, and the folks back at the factory of course!), and each one was skilled, careful and precise. And of course, totally gentlemanly at each intereaction! The cost was reasonable given market conditions, though not inexpensive in total, but the estimate was well broken down so we could see each component precisly, and evaluate its necessity in the overall job. The job was completed relatively quickly . . . in this case, even a few days before the promised date!
Neighbors considering such work should absolutely consider Juan and his company. Do be mindful that the array of costs of the many, many types of granite available on Long Island (let alone other materials, both natural and synthetic) makes price comparison a bit tricky, especially since the various yards will not give you any cost information at all! But once Juan knows the layout and dimensions of your job, he is totally okay with giving you several prices, one for each of the slabs you are considering at the various markets.
We supplemented this job with a plumber (for the sink and faucet) and a tile installer (backsplash) . . the overall finished product is excellent!! We have a small house, but if we find that we need more work of this type done, we absolutely will go back to Juan!

Perfect experience. Came to measure countertops (I used an independent contractor for my remodeling) and within 2 weeks my countertops were in and the job was done without any flaws. I am completely happy! I would definitely use this company again.

The job started with Emily who sat down with us and listened to what we wanted. She then helped us to pick out the cabinets, made suggestions and finally reduced everything to drawings. When the job started, Manny and two other gentleman got right to work. They were very neat and reliable. Anything I asked of them, they did. After the cabinets were put in, they installed the granite countertops. The next day, we found a small crack in the granite. The owner, Juan, came over and saw the crack and without hesitation he advised us he would replace the countertop. He did install a new granite countertop for us and the kitchen was completed. They gave us everything they were suppose to and did the job in a professional manner.

The end quality was good. A little disconnected communication with the owner and the actual workers, but not intentional. The workers were good and had the skill. They just needed my exact attention and guidance to get the job exactly as I originally discussed. I would use them again. There work is good and fair.

Very nice people.  Price was great as well as the quality.

They were very nice but limited in cabinet companies._x000D_|They did not get back directly but only wanted to work with_x000D_|my contractor even when I visted showroom to sit down and finalize_x000D_|the design and wanted pricing while there_x000D_|It seems like a lot of contractors were ordering while I was there_x000D_|The cabinet color choices he had for three master brand companies were_x000D_|not what I wanted and his pricing was higher than others so I did not use this company_x000D_|they do have coupons and offer promos

They did a great job. Juan came to my house to measure and check out my layout, and he made
suggestions. I got three other estimates, but Creative Stone and Cabinets came in the lowest, plus I felt good about them and the cabinets I picked (Mid-Continent). It was a good choice. The cabinets are very nice, and the installers were fantastic. They spent two very full days getting everything right-- measuring and remeasuring, leveling, making sure everything looked right and felt solid.
The single complaint I have is that we had a miscommunication regarding a couple of things that were supposed to be included. I don't think it was a matter of dishonesty, but either a language miscommunication or he just forgot something he had offered. Either way, they did live up to their promises in the end, but I should have insisted on getting everything in writing the first day I got the quote.
A contractor who looked at the work said that the cabinets are good quality and the installers did a "top notch" job, going above and beyond what installers normally would.
