Super great experience from start to finish. The men did a great job, took all the debris with them and are VERY Honest! I counted the payment out and gave $50 too much and they were very fast to point that out and give me back the extra $50

Tree was removed. It was big. Wood was hauled. Price beat everyone else's and it was a good deal. However, I'm not happy that the new PVC fence gate has scratch marks from crew carrying huge branches out of the yard. I'm also not happy about the damage to the ground in the yard. The lumberjack that did most of the cutting asked the boss of he should fill in holes etc. and Ron, the owner said "no other company is going to do it, they won't care." I also didn't appreciate that they "cleaned up the yard" by raking everything into a pile of debris I had, tripling it's size. If you agree to a job, you and your company should do everything properly, no matter how good of a deal you have the customer. I guess the best way to put this company is "you get what you pay for (or less)." Again, tree was removed, wood was hauled, care wasn't taken in the process.

Worst experience ever. First they undercut other estimates but after taking out the trees they said cleanup would be "hundreds more". They left a huge mess in my yard and in the street. They insisted we pay cash and then didn't give my wife a receipt. They also hit my house with a branch and didn't tell us. It tore up my new gutters. My neighbor saw it all happen. I didn't notice it until my neighbor came and mentioned it. I called Big R but they have not responded. Big R stands for Big Rip off.

Spoke with Bonnie (Wife) who was to pass on photos of job to Ron (hubby/Owner - Big R) and get back to me with a price quote -- they never got back at all. Guess the job was too small for them :(

Big R arrived on time with a very good and fast crew. They did complete work. In a day and half. Big R gave me the best estimate out of several tree services I called and imp provided a better service any of them could have provided. When I had an issue Big R never really spoke on phone, However, his wife always picks up phone and returns calls. She relays any message to Big R and things get taken care of in an expected amount of time. I would Highly recommend Big R for any tree service job.

The company was fantastic! They came within 2 days with an entire work crew. It was amazing to watch them work and when they were done, you would have never known there was a 40 foot tree on property. Prices were very fair and I would definitely recommend Big R Tree Service. P

Big R was pretty good. They were fair priced. They did a good job when they were here for their initial contact. The second contact, I was going to have them come out, and their prices went up drastically. So, I don't know if it was more trying to get their foot in the door and then bring the prices up or what. I would use them again. Timely fashion, they did a good job, they cleaned up well.

The service provided by Big R Tree Service was excellent. Ron came the day after we called to give us an estimate. They arrived as scheduled, a few days later. The crew was exceptional. They moved yard items and plants that they did not want to damage. After cleanup the only sign they were here was a little saw dust under the tree. They went above and beyond what we expected and we could not be happier. Our yard has so much more light now. We highly recommend Big R Tree Service.

Ron and his crew arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job. The crew was professional and careful. They cleaned up and left the yard as it was (except for the expected sawdust. If you have trees cut, that is going to happen). I would (and will) hire them for future work, as well as highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

I called for an estimate on Saturday afternoon. They came that day for the estimate and we're back Monday morning to take down the trees. Both trees were down, stumps ground, and all cleaned up in less than 2 hours. Will absolutely be using them again.

I was able to get an appointment the very next day due to someone's last minute cancellation. The owner gave me an approximate quote over the phone, and when he and his crew of about 4 or 5 people arrived, he showed me that the most of the tree was hollow inside and diseased and that it was only a matter of time before the entire (about 30 ft. tall) tree would collapse. He gave me a very fair quote, and I agreed to have the whole tree cut down. They were done in about 5 hours. I would have liked the stump would have been cut a little closer to the ground (it's about 2 -1/2 feet high--I could not afford stump removal at this time), but overall, I was very satisfied.

Not only did they offer the lowest estimate but we always prefer using local companies and business owners in our community. We were a little nervous because we failed to get a written estimate, but they showed up on time (early I think), the job was done in the exact amount of time promised and there was not one single leaf or branch left on our property. They were even nice enough to cart away some additional debris left from when my husband tried to do the job himself! We were also charged the same amount that we were verbally quoted. I have recommended them several times since and others have been very happy with their services.

I was impressed with Big R at every level. They provided a quick but thorough initial assessment, and were ready to do the work the next morning. They showed up precisely on time, used good safety practices, worked quickly, and left everything perfectly clean. Also, they offered to stack the resulting firewood (there was a lot of it) where I needed it, clear across the property. All the workers were courteous and the work was done perfectly at a fair price. Can't ask for anything better than that. Thanks Big R.

Ron arranged to come between 12 - 1 for a free estimate. He was prompt and arrived within that window. He offered a fair price for the job. Ron worked with his crew to remove the trees and prune the area. All the men were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and accommodating. I was very impressed with the job they did and pleased with the cleanup.
