I had smoke damage in my apt from the apt next door's fire. I didnt know what to do when i walkld tru my apt and saw all the damage. I search the web and found B-wise cleaning and restoration. I Call them in the morning and a project manager was at my apt by the time i got out of work. He look at all the damages and told me what had to be done. He took down my insurance information and by the next morning he show'd up with a crew ready to work.The company took care of everything: dealing with my insurance company,doing the work from whipping down all my walls,ceiling ,floors,content ,furniture even had my insurance company get me a hotel room while my apt was being clean and got a dry cleaner company that specifys in cleaning cloths with smoke damage. Everything was so great starting from the 1st call i made to them the secretory,managers,crew memebers all the staff were all very professional, polite and patience, guide me tru every single step they show me the filters of the air scrubbers machines they use how they look from running in my apt.,they take before and after picture of all the damage and summit it to insurance company as well with all the necessary paper work they need. The whole process took 3 days and i was able to return to my nice clean healthy apt the outcome was amazing my apt was never so clean and smelling so good not even before the damage i would really recommend this company to any one i know that has this damage to there place.
