1800 Flowers Selden

When the flowers arrived their petals were browning and about half of them had the outside petals pulled off to look new this only made them look cheap and old. I called the florist right away to inform them of the problem. I spoke to three people all of whom made no attempt to appologize or say they would send me new flowers when they could.  One man actually hung up on me and one lady wanted me to take time out of my day to come down to the store. What's the point of having flowers delivered if you have to go to the store to pick them up. Poor flowers, Poor customer service.
