Zoom Drain & Sewer Service

.On Wednesday, the 27'th, we made an appointment with Zoom Sewer & Drain for between 1 and 4 pm Thursday  the 28'th to clear our clogged kitchen drain line. At about 3:45 on the 28'th, Tina the office manager called to tell us that they were delayed on another job and would arrive after 5. Then at 5:30, Ray, the owner, called us informing us that they were just finishing up the previous job and would arrive in about 15 minutes and he too apologized for the delay. Finally, at about 6pm they arrived. That's when a bad experience turned around and became a good one. Joe, the head tech and Garrett his helper were great. Joe explained to us what they wanted to do and how it would be done. He explained our options along with the pricing and guarantees with each option. Then, he used a video camera to inspect the pipes before proceeding. We fully understood the process involved. and the pricing before they did their work. They worked hard for almost 2 and 1/2 hours and did a great job, When we saw how they worked, how they cared that it was done right, all of the hard feelings that we had about the late arrival evaporated. It was nice to deal with people who really do care about their work and we will not hesitate to call them again if the need arrises.
