Highly unreliable. I reached out to Mike for an estimate to wallpaper a guest bathroom based on the photos of his work. He responded with a reasonable rate and set a time to come measure the space. He cancelled 1.5 hours before the appointment. He offered to reschedule but was initial unresponsive. Only after repeated prodding did he provide another time: 7 AM on a Tuesday. I don't normally have workers over that early (neither me nor my spouse or child are even up at that time). But I agreed, shipped my kid off for the night, and was dressed and ready for Mike at 7 AM. He never showed. No phone call, no e-mail, no text. Just a no-show. And he did not return my multiple calls. Very glad I did not entrust him with my project.
