They were very professional, they came installed it in less than half a day. It works beautifully. Den is much warmer now; 40 degrees warmer in fact! And it will even work without power; so it will work in a storm situation. It makes it so that I can stay in my home if there is another storm like Sandy.

They were great. They were on time, very attentive, and they worked around my schedule. They were very accommodative with my work schedule for the measurement and they came out on a Saturday. They were very responsive and the quality of the door is great.

They were prompt but I did think they were a bit expensive. The work was fine and they were courteous, thorough and professional. Before the grill just ran very simple and now I have another gauge and I sometimes get a whiff of gas which I never had before. I was happy with the work they did however.
