Staff was fantastic - very helpful and friendly. Dr. Cusumano was caring and asked a lot of questions. Was looking for new primary care physician and it takes time to develop a dialogue with a new doctor. I have every hope that it will be a good relationship for both of us

The office staff is efficient and supportive. In the four times that I went to the practice I arrived on time or a few minutes early and always spent only a few minutes in the waiting room before being called and then just a few minutes in the exam room before the doctor entered the room. In short, where as I could burn an hour before being seen by my old doctor I was in, seen, diagnose, paid my bill, and out in about 45 minutes. The funny thing is that I never felt rushed and know that if I need more time with the doctor there would not be a problem.

Dr. Carvo has been my primary physican for over 20 years now. I have seen other physicians over the years due to company benefit changes, etc but I have always returned to Dr. Carvo even if it meant going out of network. He is by far the best physician I have ever had bar none. He is extremely thorough and his sense of humor and calming bedside manner makes it a pleasure to visit his office. His staff is also wonderful. They have been with him for many years as well. When I visit, Elena makes me feel like I'm catching up with an old friend. I wish all my other medical visits were this nice.
