Vinny was a no pressure salesman who did everything to ensure a smooth purchase and delivery. He provided us with all the information we were looking for, assisted us in the rebate process and appliances were delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend and do business again!

I went to Marlin's because I already purchased a washer and dryer from them. I was disappointed in Sears and did not want to go to a 'big box' store, I wanted to return to a local appliance store because I wanted better customer service. I first met George and have been his customer ever since. He has been very helpful in listening to what I want for my own situation and what my preferences are. I love the washer and dryer that he suggested based on my preferences. They deliver very quickly. I went in yesterday afternoon wanting a microwave and had it delivered by noon today. He has stock of brands you will not see in the larger stores such as Speed Queen which are real work horses.

Marlin's is very competitive on price, they are local and make the whole thing very easy.

Delivery is well done. My washer and dryer are in the basement and they hauled them out and installed the new ones. The delivery men clearly have an ease with installation - they know what they are doing.

I will definitely go back to them for any other appliance purchases.

They had most recently installed appliances for the kitchen. In the past they have installed televisions and other electronic equipment that we have bought like VCRs. Their customer service is impeccable. We recently called them to compliment them on two of their delivery people who had gone the extra mile. When they came to deliver the appliances they came inside the house to ask me exactly where I wanted them installed. They made sure that everything fit well. They had asked me several times afterwards whether they had placed things rightly. Dealing with them was super pleasant. If we had problems with any of the appliances they helped get us a replacement. They were the least expensive of the companies which includes the company the contractor recommended that gave us a 20 percent discount. We have bought other appliances from Marlin Appliance that has had problems but because we have them fully covered it really saves us a lot of money in the long run.
