I brought my Lincoln Navigator to Joseph's for an oil change and battery replacement. I had read a lot of positive feedback on Angie's List and heard from people who had gone to Joseph's and were very satisfied. I wasn't disappointed. All work was done professionally and correctly at a reasonable price. All service reps were extremely knowledgeable very accommodating. I will definitely be using them going forward.

I've fortunately been able to call steve and Gino any time I've had a any kind of collision damage or problem. They are kind enough to arrange everything when collision repairs are needed.. They pick up the car, arrange a rental, and take care of calling your insurance company .No stress during a stressful time.. I always use them for regular repairs too because they have always been courteous and reasonably priced...

He attempted to fix it for just labor and it didn't work so he didn't charge me for labor when he put the new part in. He is honest and fair. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. The price is you get what you pay for. I've never had a problem with them and I've been using them for more than 10 years. My family members use him and my father used him when he was driving so it goes way back. He gives excellent service.

These guys are the most honest people that I have come across in my 60 years of living. The service is excellent. Their price is in the ballpark and I've never had a problem with the quality. I will absolutely continue to use them and I have recommended them to other people.
