ARROW SIDING & WINDOW CO

The salesperson and contractor, John, came out to oversee the workers for both projects. The workers, Chris & Paul, were nice and did a great job for the bathroom remodels. The crew that did the siding were also easy to work with and made sure to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this company to friends and family and I'd use them again the future.

Paid deposit of $500 but then the overall amount $1,575.  He erroneously put in a 12 inch round column, after I repeatedly told him and pointed out the correct size (10 inch).  After installation, I noticed something was wrong, and he simply noted it was something I'd have to get used to instead of offering to fix it.  Mentioned he'd lose too much money if he took it down (was already paid in full at this point).  He had ordered a 12 inch round which was incorrect in the first place, it also was not installed correctly.  He left without fixing the situation and after calling him countless times, he still has not responded.  I had another provider come in and take it down and replace it with the correct size, costing me an additional $1200.  I told county consumer affairs about the issue, they tried to help but Arrow continues to be inflexible.  Arrow told the same organization that he offered to help me but I would have to pay for the materials which was not what he told me the last day I had contact with them.  Hasn't ever spoken to me about this resolution, and never returned a single phone call.

John came to my house, looked at the job, went over everything with me, gave me a price.  I wrote down what he said was included, he called 3 days later to say he made a mistake in the price by 3000.00. He said he made an error in adding and what we talked about, everything was not included.  Not very up front and honest at all.  Would not recommend this company!
