I asked Glen to provide a quote and then complete some small plumbing jobs in my home (installing a small radiator and fixing two drain plugs). He came promptly to assess the work required, gave me a good quote for the 90 minutes or so of work at $300 and said he would follow up to schedule a time to do the work. Glen did say he was busy with some boiler installations, so wouldn't be able to come within the week. However after waiting for the call back the following week and calling twice over the next two weeks, I gave up.
It has been two months and I still haven't heard from Glen.

Glenn is an experienced plumber who is willing to repair what you have instead of taking the easier route to just replace fixtures as other plumbers have recommended.  Glenn now works with his sons and its real teamwork.  Glenn is a nice guy and he prioritizes his customers based on severity of the issues (frozen pipes or no heat before clogged drains, etc.).   Glenn has come to my house at night when needed and also on weekends.  He once came when my dishwasher was leaking into the basement and didn't charge me because he said the problem was with the dishwasher, not the plumbing.  Glenn is an active in the community (Sea Cliff).  He is a great plumber and I highly recommend him. 

Gave an estimate, came in and did a clean installation of the new water line, cleaned up after themselves and was overall pleasant to work with.
