THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED ON TIME AND THE MATERIALS ARE SUBSTANDARD. THE FLOORING IS NOT YET FINISHED. THE DETAIL WORK IS NOT DONE AND THE COMPANY KEEPS TELLING ME THEY WILL RETURN, BUT AS YET HAVE NOT.
