I was trying to cut the 25 panel by myself, but I was having a hard time and I want to get it done without chipping it. I went to the hardware store for help and they were sympathetic. Mr. Dorazio explained to me that some of the glass was very old and could not be cut because of its age and the type of glass. He proceeded to give me instructions on how to cut, but he also cut all the windows himself using leftover glass that he had. At the end of the day, I got the project for church done, and I learned how to cut glass in the future. I was impressed that he was willing to donate time and materials to the church. I have went to him for a lot of other needs and the price has always been very reasonable, his prices are always as good as the big box places, if not better.
