She and her partner tagged items in my mother in law's home that we were selling. Items were tagged at close to $10,000, but after the sale and her commission, we received less than $2500. Her explanation was that things don't sell for what they are priced at. Also, took things not for sale (clothes, household items etc) and said she donated them to charity. That was not in the contract. We were told that everything we wanted gone would be, but had to have a dumpster ($350) to clean out what she could not make money on. This was an emotional experience, since my mother-in-law was going to a nursing home and the money was going for her care. I hope anyone else in this situation gets references and checks customer satisfaction before signing any contracts with people like this.
