D&M Cleaning and Landscaping

I recently had surgery so we really needed our house cleaned. We are neat and clean people so it was not a hard job. We even have helpers come in to help each week so it's not like our house was in bad shape at all. Dawn and Melissa told me over the phone for my square footage (About 1600), it would be anywhere between $150-$200. Once they arrived she looked away and quickly asked if I had a coupon and then before I could answer she said "Ok, so you have the $50 off coupon, so this job is $250, with the coupon it will be $200". I felt as though that was a big scam but was still thinking ok well $200 bucks for the house to get a top to bottom cleaning is worth it. I asked them to vacuum and stack some toys up in the playroom downstairs and that was an extra $25.00. Well boy was I wrong!!! These were the worst cleaning people I have ever had!!!!! They didn't clean any toilets, they didn't clean the bathroom floor and under my daughters stool there was a bunch of dust and toothpaste that had been there since who knows when. So they didn't even bother to move the stool to sweep nor mop the floor. Upon further inspection they failed to dust most places, even the obvious places like the bathroom counter top. I didn't expect them to move everything but they should have at least provided the services they were being paid for and promised. They promised me that EVERYTHING would be cleaned and that is about as farthest from the truth you can get. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT hire these people!!!!!!
