After multiple sprayings I was still getting yellow jackets inside - up to a dozen a day. The technician, Sam, said it wasn't his job to figure how they were getting inside and that come winter they'd die off.

We have been using them for 12 years. They come every year and do the normal maintenance. If we need to call them back for anything, they're very prompt and responsive. We don't even have to call him to set up the appointment, he automatically gets us scheduled.
