Real Estate Service
After purchasing 9 properties from Susan Svoboda representing this company, I had a problem with Susan Svoboda. I complained to the company and to the Board of Realtors, but the only action that was taken was that her professional relationship was severed from her partner and she was transferred to another local office. This agent clearly violated her Professional Code of Ethics, not to mention devastating me personally, professionally and financially.
