First off, I have dealt with Jim, several years. I have bought new appliances and he has repaired all appliances he's sold us. Jim is a personable guy, a true professional in his trade. He offers old fashion service and is very reliable backing all products he sells. Once you buy an appliance off him when there is a breakdown he's on the other end the phone scheduling a repair appointment! (and advice on what direction to take, whether to fix or buy new) I would highly recommend Parisi Appliances to anyone!!
