Rep told us Wildblue could be used on both computers, Win 98 and XP, when in fact, Win 98 was no longer supported by Wildblue. Satellite service did not work on Win 98 machine so they came back, un-installed the second modem and wireless router (which they had charged us $372.41 for!). They took back both items but refused to credit our credit card. Jeff kept saying he had a "lot invested in this job". It took many many frustrating phone calls to Northeast, Wildblue and credit card company to resolve, and 3 billing cycles to finally get our refund of $372.41. BTW, the installer was very careless when installing the wire...he just slapped it anywhere in our historic home. Had no consideration for our property. These people need training in ethics and customer service.
