David and his team stained 2 large decks for me. He is extremely professional, very responsive, and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him, and would definitely use him again.

David was extremely responsive throughout the course of the project from providing the estimate, starting the project and completing the project as promised. He did an excellent job in repairing all areas of my cedar sided home and then staining the entire exterior. David keep me informed with the progress of the project daily. Several unanticipated repairs were required which David addressed without charging extra. In the past I have worked with contractors whom required change orders to address unanticipated charges resulting in significant cost increases. This did not occur with David. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to contract work with David in the future

I hired David to paint the interior of my home. Ceiling, walls and trim look beautiful. He is a very professional individual and is meticulous at his work. I liked his work ethic, and saw that he strived for customer satisfaction. His pricing was competitive and I was very pleased with the finished product. I contracted with Davids Building & Design for the exterior painting of our primary residence. Although there are many homes of greater square footage our home required a more complex effort due to the level of exterior detail and trim package. From my intial emails and meeting with Dmitri to the formal proposal for their services through the physical work I found the entire expericence to be better than I could have ever expected.. The level of professiaonalism far exceeded their competiors as was the quality of their work and I could not give a higher recommendation.. it was a pleasure to deal with them and to know there are reputable folks to call on when the need arises.

David and his team are the most professional company that I have worked with to date. They went above and beyond to communicate and keep me updated with every step of the project. They have the knowledge and technical expertise to handle the hardest projects. Painting vinyl siding requires a specific knowledge of how and what type of product to apply. David was equipped with the knowledge and expertise to handle it. Dimitri, Davids brother handles the customer service portion of the business. Not enough can be said about how Dimitri interacts with his clients. He takes the time to explain the process, quote and completion of the job. Dimitri is a professional, personable addition to the team. Not every job goes as planned but when hurdles or roadblocks and expected events occur, as they do in every project, this team formulates a plan to address the problems.

My parents purchased an older house in Guilderland. It needed a major restoration before they moved it. David's crew did the job. Those guys were great. They took out the old drywall, replaced bad framing and insulation. We completely changed the floor plan, added a big kitchen, new bathroom, and a new entrance. New roof was installed on the whole house. They even leveled out our old foundation and installed new heating system. Good professionals. I would recommend them to anyone.

We contacted David's Painting to stain our 2 story house, large deck and large shed. David called us back on the same day and met with us the next day. David and his crew kept us well informed on the schedule for the project and made sure we were aware of any issues that they found as they prepped the areas prior to staining. Our house is over 30 years old and it had been about 12 years since it was last stained. They were meticulous in doing the cleaning and repair work necessary prior to painting. We hired David to repair a water damaged ceiling and paint the interior of our home. After meeting with a few contractors, we chose David and based on the finished product, we made the right decision. David and his crew were professional, courteous, and everyone on his staff takes tremendous pride and accountability in the work that they do. I hired David to paint and repair some water damage from the winter months in my family room. There was water staining on the ceiling and drywall damage to a support beam in the space. David and his assistant Dan, arrived on time, taped and masked off all area from the crown molding down. They covered all other areas with plastic or drop cloths and proceeded to cover the water stains with shellac primer (twice!). They set up fans to exhaust the fumes and speed drying times. They then scraped and recoated the drywall area with multiple coats (sanding in between). They repainted the ceiling with two coats, with no evidence of any of the stains! They continued to perfect the drywall repair, painting it to match the surrounding areas. Overall, a top notch job! I consider myself a perfectionist that always had done all my own painting and I had the experience of doing the exact same job many times in my younger years. I had never hired a painter before, however, given the quality and finish of David and Dan, they are worth the price!! They are meticulous, neat, professional, skilled and most of all, trustworthy to have in your home. Integrity is as important as quality work and David's Painting has it! The job was finished, the area was left to me to do some minor vacuuming. The job was way less expensive and better quality than I could have done myself.
