Heating and Air Conditioning Service
From beginning to end this did not go well. It started the first day when their technicians ripped out our herb garden seeking an easy place to put the compressor even though in the contract I had stated that the owner would show location of compressor. They changed the location and installed the compressor on cement blocks instead of a pad as the job called for. The rest of the installation went ok except they miss-wired the thermostat and when you had the switch in the fan position it applied a higher voltage to the fan coils causing it to overheat. They were asked to fix the problem, spent two hours, then told me they did not find anything wrong. Later I realized I still had the problem, and called another company that figured it out and corrected the problem.
