Steve and his team were great from beginning to the end. Steve worked me into his schedule as I had a fast approaching deadline, many other companies wouldn't even call back or even consider trying to get me in earlier in there schedule. I had a 80-90 foot pine tree between 2 houses, a garage, and a vinyl fence possibly the most worrisome case for most home owners. When Steve came and gave the estimate, he walked me through where his crane was going to be placed with its outriggers and how the removal was going to be performed. When it came to the removal, his crew was clean cut, professional and organized. They removed the tree without incident, and when they left you would have had no idea they were just there with a crew, equipment and a 135 foot crane. To me the price didn't matter since Steve took such great care of the removal, I could probably have had it removed a little cheaper but how smooth the transaction was with Pridemark I had no issue at all paying what I paid. Also all day I had neighbors coming over saying they watched the whole removal and were blown away by how great of a job Pridemark did. They will be the ones I call for all my tree issues and the only tree removal contact I now have saved in my phone.

Pridemark Tree Services Steve and his crew took this tree down with efficiency and precision. They lowered branches into a narrow area and didn’t damage anything. Steve is great to deal with and was very patient with my neighbors concerns about damage to his hedges. Because of its location, Steve took the tree down by hand. His crew careful cleaned the entire area. He provided lots of entertainment for our bored neighborhood! I am very impressed with his professionalism. I think his fee was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Pridemark Tree Services.

They where very professional. they removed and cleaned the yard of all debris.

Used Pridemark several times and price was good. Then the neighbor of mother used them, they went on my mother's property without being home or permission, cutting v we trees. Then when she got home, they ignored her and cut large limbs on her side. She now has no shade in her yard. They took advantage of her due to her age and being alone. She later talked with Stephen and her promised to come talk with her and told me he would help with what he could, but never followed through. He followed the direction of the younger MALE neighbor. So rude and disrespectful. If you want to get in a fight with your neighbors, be disrespected, lied to and have your yard a mess afterwards...these are the guys. Don't worry Stephen will blame the neighbors and his brother if anything goes wrong.

This was my second time using Steve and Pridemark Tree Service. They are very professional and do great work. Steve responded quickly to my call and the work was completed faster than expected. They did about 5 hours of work and got it all done in one afternoon. Also had to drive an hour or so to get to my place. Reliable and helpful.

Steve responded quickly to my request for a quote and was very professional in assessing the work I wanted done on my property. I needed a number of different things done and he was very willing to bring the equipment needed to take care of each of those different jobs. I was very pleased with that kind of flexibility. He also gave me a great deal on all the work (better than other quotes I got). The day the work was performed Steve and his crew (one other guy) arrived at the time they said they would and he immediately went over everything one more time to make sure we were on the same page, which I really appreciated. They were able to complete everything in one day and clearly took the extra time to make sure everything looked good, was done properly, and was cleaned up afterwards. The large tree removal went very smoothly and there was no damage to my property. After the work was done, my property was left in better shape than it was when they arrived. I was extremely happy with Pridemark Tree. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Stephen came and pulled the limb down cut up the large pieces and took them away. Everything went well and he advised me on the condition of the other trees on the property. Very professional.

They were prompt and professional, and did what they said they would.  They provided accurate quote, description and proof of insurance up front. We had a special request to cut the wood to 12" lengths to fit our wood-burning stove, and they accommodated that without complaint, whereas other tree service companies have cut corners on that and given us logs that we had to re-cut ourselves.  Everything was nicely cleaned up after.  They did forget one thing, but quickly fixed it once I asked.  Price is a little on the high end, but they were reliable and easy to work with.  This was the second time we worked with them, after having other trees removed by them in 2012.

The owner Steve Francis was very responsive and got back to me right away. He came out to look at the job and give us a quote, and he was very conscientious, checking the area for underground tanks and any other surprises. The initial date was delayed due to bad weather which created a backup for scheduling the crane, but they had the job completed within three weeks of my first contact and before Christmas as promised.  Steve was very professional and responsive about keeping us informed.  The job was done well and we were very satisfied (and relieved to have it gone!). We will definitely call him again.

We contacted 3 Angies List contractors for estimates for this job. Steve from Pridemark was the only contractor who called back and actually showed up to do an estimate. He was on time for the estimating appointment and said he could do the tree removal the following week if we were happy with his proposal. The stump grinding was to be done a few days after that. On the morning the job was scheduled Steve and his crew showed up on time and had the stump grinder with them. It was fascinating to watch them take out a 40 foot blue spruce at the front of the house. If that tree fell the wrong way it would have crushed the house or taken out the electric service. They brought it down with no damage to anything. Same with the 40 foot pine at the end of the driveway. The rest of the trees were smaller so less of a challenge and the crew handled them with ease. The crew was friendly and professional and worked hard all day. The stumps were all  ground and the debris all cleaned up before the guys left the property. We will gladly hire Steve again as soon as the budget allows us to tackle some additional badly needed tree work.

An excellent experience in every way.  Steve was punctual in making an estimate, punctual in arriving to do the work, the work was done quickly and safely (in a torrential downpour), all debris was cleaned up, and the price was extremely reasonable.  Steve had been recommended to me by a neighbor who was also very pleased with his work (grinding stumps).
