He called to see if he could come early. He was respectful and very knowledgeable of his duties. He talked my ear off, but he worked the whole time. He took the time to set the locks aesthetically on the doors. I'll have them back whenever I need a lock. He asked how many keys I needed and gave them to me. He made the deadbolt keys the same as the existing door keys so I only need 1 key to work both locks. Very thoughtful.

The serviceman arrived approximately 10 minutes early. He spent about an hour at my house. He seemed very thourough. My only concern with him is that he spent a lot of time talking and giving me unsolicited advice about topics not related to the job I hired him to do. I found this very unprofessional.

THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL. THE JOB WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. I DROPPED IT OFF ONE AFTERNOON AND IT WAS DONE THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE QUICK AND THEY WERE GOOD. THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
