It was excellent. I called them, described my needs, gave me a ballpark quote over the phone. We scheduled the work to be done two days from the call. They showed up at the scheduled time, got it done in around the time they said it would take, and kept me informed during the process. Very friendly, and very professional. When I need electric work done in the future I will be calling them.

He did a repair in November, and I got a call from the water department in Florida two months later saying that I owe $1400 for my water bill and that they were trying to contact me and they couldn’t. The repair that he did left the water running continuously and using the water. When I called them and it wasn’t their fault as the part that they installed was a faulty part, so they didn’t see any reason not to charge me to replace the part again and they had no interest in considering to the water bill, so I didn’t thing that was a good business practice, so I would not use them again.

They were very good, did all the work that we asked, and were available when needed. Their main drawback is that they are expensive.
