Victoria scheduled to come out to clean. We agreed apona time and she changed the time twice the day of the scheduled cleaning then never came. She apologized and we scheduled again for 12:30 in two weeks. Again the day of she texted asking to come early and I rescheduled my day to be home at 11:30 and at 1pm she told me she had other stuff she needed to do but would come to my house after. Then she told me she finished her stuff but never showed up. An hour and a half later... I asked if she was okay and she texted saying she got a call saying someone she was around had covid. Victoria had no respect for my time and felt entitled to do everything but what she said she would do.
Description of Work: Cleaning scheduled twice and no show both times...
