i had trouble with our roof since we built the house. We hired United to replace the entire system and they did a excellent job and to date we have not had one issue.

They did an absolutely terrible job. The roof was leaking after they completed it. They didn't answer any phone calls and they didn't respond to any of the letters I sent them. I had to spend an extra $2000 to fix the roof myself. The roof was so badly damaged that I had to have several other roofers come out to look at the roof because they couldn't even figure out how to do the repairs.

"We have done thousands of homes in the tri city area and unfortunately we do not have this owner in our data base. If we did do the home it is very unlikely that the client addressed us with these problems and it was ignored, we have worked with a lot of clients through out the tri city area and i would like to say that our company would never act in this manor. We have over 33 years in the business"

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY NICE. IT WAS A REALLY EXPENSIVE SERVICE TO HAVE TO HAVE DONE BUT OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I WAS AFRAID THAT THE ACTUAL CHIMNEY WAS GOING TO TOPPLE OVER BECAUSE IT WAS LEANING BADLY, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
