Tri-City Seamless Gutters

Owner came to give an estimate, took a $400 deposit. Haven't seen him since. Beware.

I called for information and Norman Budge came out to give an estimate a day or 2 later for gutter replacement system with the seamless
gutter caps that would prohibit leaves and debris from getting into the gutters.New drain spouts were also included.
The work was done fast...in one day and all work was cleaned up efficiently.
A couple yrs later I noticed birds were getting into the gutters thru where the gutters were meeting (joints) and building nests
each season. This year it looks like a tree is growing out of the gutter and I called Norm for some help.
ALL I GOT WAS AN ANSWERING MACHINE SAYING HOW IMPORTANT MY CALL WAS TO THEM. I HAVE CALLED FOUR TIMES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. WHAT GOOD IS A WARRANTY IF ITS NOT HONORED.?
He left gaps where the pitch angles changed in the gutter run.

Job went ok,but the front gutter leaked the first season.When I called tri city i was told that i would be put on the repair list,but know  one ever called or came to fix the gutter.Next winter i called again,and then several times more and only got voicemail.Tried to have bbb look into it ,but they got the same response.They give you a 10 year guarentee,but have no intention of honoring it.

Work was preformed (gutter shields). Within 2 years, the gutters appear to be filled with debris, water ran over gutter making divots in the ground. I called multiple times to fix. After leaving a message, must I call someone else; I did get a response and I understand that they came and fixed them when I was not home. Still having a lot of issues with raining not going into the gutter. I called a few times; Norman Budka came on 6/09/2011 and said that it was due to the roof pitch and he did have a solution that would cost me $125. I said ok, and he said he would be back the following week. He never showed and I left no less than 6 messages. I still have gutter issues and I have trees growing in them. Not only is he not responsive, the product obviously does not work

Now I called them again and asked them if they could clean my gutters and also replace a section of gutter than was run over by a snow blower.  It has been 3 weeks now and no one has shown up and no one has called either.  I am now going to call another company.   I will never use this company again!

Salesman was professional and estimated the job well.

Overall all they do good work, WHEN and IF you can get a hold of them. Responsiveness is a huge problem.

They did a fair job and I even recommended them to one of my friends. However, I find out the hard way that their after work service is lousy. The job was done three months ago. I called the company three times and left messages for them to get back to me for minor leaking problems two weeks after the work was done; they never called back. On the fourth call, the owner promised that they would come to fix the problem the following week. They never came. Last week, I noticed the problem is getting worse after a series of thunderstorms. One of the covers popped up and that caused the water to pour down from along the side of the gutter. I had called the company three times since then, each time I left messages explaining the problem. Still no response. I would not recommend that anyone hire them.

THEY WERE A REFERRAL FROM A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE. THEY WERE MORE RESPONSIVE THAN TWO OTHERS I GOT PRICES FROM. THE MATERIALS THEY USED WERE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEIR PRICE WAS GOOD COMPARED TO THE OTHER ESTIMATES I GOT.
